This blog is about the things I do in my pursue for optimal health and happiness.  This includes different alternative treatments, restrictive healing diets, my adventures in the kitchen and just life itself.

Ozone therapy is a big part of my current healing path as it is helping me recover from chronic health issues.  Any information I provide here in regards to ozone is based on my own experiences and from what I have learned thanks to a wonderful facebook group called “Ozone to Health”.   If you are interested in ozone’s healing properties, I highly recommend you to join that fb group.

I am also following the Andrew Cutler chelation protocol in order to get mercury out of my system.  While learning about chelation I am discovering that I might be sensitive to thiols, a type of sulfur contained in many foods (including lots of healthy ones).  I am currently testing a restrictive low sulfur thiol diet.   I have also eliminated nightshades hoping that will help me in this healing process.

I love baking and try to make healthier treats, with a few indulgent exceptions every now and then.   I am always working on new recipes, while trying to adapt to the current healing diet I am on.

I have a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition.  Many of the things I learned I had to unlearn.  Nowadays, science can  be fragile and controversial.   I always try to keep an open mind.

Thank you for reading and please feel free to comment!  Would love to hear from you 🙂

  1. Hi Teresa! I am so glad you are writing this blog! I am following now 🙂 You advice has always been very useful and enlightning.

  2. Hey Teresa, Thanks for the blog, giving us a place to share ideas and learn. I bought my Promolife ozone set-up in 2011 for lyme, then 2012 crashed my health with electro-sensitivity, (compounded issues then unknown to me). Since then it’s been a search for healing. I’ve also been doing Any Cutler Chelation, but had to stop. Now I’m back doing ozone and wonder why I stopped! But, honestly, when a person’s health crashes, it’s about all one can do to get through each day. So I say, we are warriors that we can pick ourselves back up and keep seeking health. All my Best to you and everyone that is willing to seek healing!

  3. Hi I have the same saline drip please let me know where you got those claps to keep the in place? Thanks

    • hi Darren. I got them from promolife, came with their stand, which I got too. I would call promolife and see if they have some suggestions, I have only had great experiences with that company 🙂
