My First Ozone Minor Autohemotherapy

Hello my dear friends,

I just came back from visiting Mexico!  We were there on vacation during Day of the Death festivities.  The colors, the food, the wonderful way Mexicans celebrate their loved ones who passed is just a beautiful thing to witness.

While I was there, I had the opportunity to go to Queretaro and get some great ozone treatments at Jose Luis Gallardo’s clinic.   This time I had my first Ozone Minor Autohemotherapy.

Many Wellness Practitioners use regular autohemotherapy worldwide.  It basically consists on drawing some of the patient’s blood and having it injected back intramuscularly.  I had this treatment done in Ecuador a few years ago, but have never had it done with ozone mixed in with the blood.

For my treatment, they used an Ozone O3 Elite Dual generator and to fill the syringe an On Demand Ozone System.

Here is a little sneak peek for my treatment!

If you have followed me for a while you might remember that 2 years ago I went to this same clinic to have my first DIV ozone treatment, which was a fantastic addition into my fully ozonated life lol!

Ozone Minor Autohemotherapy is very exciting as well.  It definitely helped me to have some much needed extra energy while I was having a great time in beautiful Mexico.  And, despite that thick and long needle that you can see on the video, it wasn’t really painful and my skinny butt seemed to handle it well! 🙂

I want to thank everyone at MASH Alternative Medicine Clinic.  Special thanks to Jose Luis Gallardo who is always so graceful, professional and generous in letting me share my ozone experiences with you.  His clinic is spotless and everyone there is very knowledgeable and extremely professional.  I highly recommend you to go see him if you are near Queretaro.   He also offers phone/chat consultations.  You can find him on: facebook.com/MASHqro

If you are not part of our lovely online ozone community and want to learn more about this great healing tool,  go to Facebook and search for “The Ozone Group”.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

xoxo, t.
